SAP Support Analysts will be responsible for ensuring that SAP systems meet all business requirements across a range of SAP Finance modules, as well as providing great customer care to SAP users. Interfaces, reconciliations, help desk support, and reports are all part of this job. The SAP Help Analyst will collaborate with the Finance team, providing support during the month-end process, as well as the SAP Development team, assisting with User Acceptance testing as needed.
Ability to analyse incoming Incidents, Service Requests, and Change Requests and assign them to appropriate teams based on specified workflows. Take responsibility for SAP-related events, log them in Solution Manager, and oversee their resolution, involving other teams and Level 3 support as needed. Maintain active management of open incidents in the SAP Support queue, including detailed updates, follow-up, resolution, and closure. Day-to-day responsibilities include data mapping in custom SAP tables for interfaces, task monitoring and rescheduling, and aiding business users with transaction execution and month-end close processes. Create interface statistics and support metrics reports for the business to see.
